How to have more muscles?

Hi, Im 14 male and i don't have a lot of muscles. Some of my classmates are very musclar. The point is, wat can i do to have more muscles?

    The guy above who said you can't lift weights until you're sixteen is lying to you. That's not necessarily true. You can lift weights at any age but you shouldn't over do it. What I mean is that Iet's say you weigh 130. I wouldn't expect a 14 year old who weighs 130 trying to bench 200 lbs. Or I wouldn't expect you to be curling 60lb. dumbells. You got to start out light and work your way up. Age doesn't really matter in weight lifting. It's a myth that you will stunt your growth if you lift at a young age.

    This is what i do,

    run a half a mile every day

    drink 7 glasses of water a day

    drink green tea atleast once a day (it helps believe me)

    do 100 pushups in the morning and at night

    do 250 situps in the morning and 250 at night

    lift dum bells but start at 5 pounds and work your wat up to 20 pounds and only 20 or you wont grow and it will hurt your body.

    you shouldn't be doing weights under 16. if you go to the gym they wont let you do weights. so best buy it at home and do weights while sitting not standing up. Doin weights under 16 while standing will result in you not growing.

    wii fit is good

    do push up litlle a day and you get use to working out

    and have faith
