what do you think of this paragraph?
Imagine living in a world with no laws no rules, “Boom”... every second, people are getting killed and no one does anything. Laws and rules are the chains that restrain our inherently evil nature. Government, authority and laws hold everyone together. Without rules and civilization, human values and the basic ideas of right and wrong are forgotten. When civilization disappears anarchy replaces democracy as in the case of Somalia, and the examples shown in the novels Animal Farm and Lord of the Flies

Poorly written in so many ways. Poor grammar, poor sentence structure, poor assumptions and poor conclusions from those same poor assumptions.
Not all laws are good.
Anarchy does not equate to non-democracy.
Civilization does not equate to non-violence.
Your novel selections were not about lawlessness.
Animal farm was full of law and order.
Lord of the Flies was more about the will to rule than anything else.
Laws and rules are not chains that restrain, but a means to have all in society using the same set of guidelines and to punish those that use methods not approved by the whole of society.
Government, authority and laws hold everyone together, on in your dreams. Authority though the application of violence is how leaders and governments get and maintain power. Laws are a means to clarify actions that society and lawmakers deem acceptable to all members of that society.
Somalia, is about power, the right to rule and religeos domination. If the country was broken up with the united south in one part and the semi-autonomus regeons of the north each being an independate state then the problems of who gets to make the rules and what rules and laws are to be followed by the people of each region.
Lastly people get robbed and killed everyday, crimes occur every second of every day and others do nothing about it. What do you care about the peasant in beijing that was murdered in an alley last night? Crimes that do not directly effect us mean less than nothing to us. Police have limites resource to track most of these crimes down even murders in our own city.

right and wrong are not functions of government- it is a function of religion.
criminal and civil infractions are functions of government, along with an informed judicial system.
Evil Natures are the process of evolution and genetic development. What one society considers taboo, maybe mainstream action in another.
Anarchy is usually a process of democracy, when citizens and residents can no longer find relief in organized government and judicial systems. In the USA, what was once a vibrant government, comprised of vigilant and honest representatives, has now stagnated, and most of the constituents have either no interest to know the real truth, or have no desire to be vigilant and informed enough to elect truly 'worthy' representatives. Political parties meld and combine, and the whole principle of a stagnant government is one to reap monetary gain at the expense of its own citizens. At some point, anarchy will rise up and reset the government to a higher standard relative to the real and vital needs of all its constituents.
Out of anarchy, a new democracy will arise; though many obstacles to that revision may lie in the road before the achievement happens. the founding fathers of the USA were the leaders in the anarchy of their day, and what we have today, is the root cause of their struggles.
to see where we are headed now, is to browse the histories of other countries that share or emulate our goals- namely most american continent countries. One of the main road markers for anarchy is political distrust, societal disintegration, and cultural fractures (instead of being solely americans, now they are african-a, oriental-a, hispanic-a, and so on. rather than united in a national cause, groups work instead for an identity cause. soon enough, civil war will break out, and the beat will start from the anarchy to improve (or not) the lot of who and what's left over

A very interesting perspective. First, you make the assertion that we have an inherently "evil" nature. I would disagree. Second, you assume that people are not doing anything to restrain those that will do harm upon others. I would disagree with this also. I do agree, however, with your premises that groups of people need some rules, laws and the enforcement thereof to maintain a stable, civil and somewhat safe society. Keep up the intelligent questions!

It is well written. I would say, "Laws and rules limit the excesses of our human nature", or something similar. I think your sentence is too negative. That is only my opinion. You are the best one to determine how you say it.
Does anarchy replace just democracy, or does it affect other forms of government? How does it affect the sense of order, safety, and trust necessary for a cohesive stable community?

An essay never jumps time. no count if that's an exposition or illustrative it might circulate easily by using time or that's going to be incomplete. To do an essay exact you're able to desire to account for any and all time lapses.
