Will not drink whole milk from sippy cup?

My daughter ( 16 months) will not take milk from the cup but only from her bottle. I threw away all bottle a week ago and she seemed to be doing fine until now. She will drink it but only a little bit (not much). Any suggestions???

Update:

Thanks for the answers so far. I will try that sugar.

Try warming it up. My daughter doesn't like cold milk as much as warm milk.

It usually takes a little time to make the transition from bottle to sippy cup. Adding a little sugar is a great idea!

that's ok if it takes a whilst, formula remains ok after precisely a million. there is likewise a formula now it somewhat is for the transitioning degree - after age a million, so that's advisable to objective that too. attempt doing smaller quantities of milk - like a teaspoon at a time for a coiple days, then strengthen yet another teaspoon. only save attempting, slowly. If she nonetheless won't do it, supply it a injury for a week or 2 and attempt lower back later. i like the straw sippy cups perfect.

I would suggest trying a different cup, you may even need to try several to figure out which one she prefers. Also she just may not like whole milk, I would ask your pedi some say that 2% is just fine but I would ask before just switching.

Don't use a sippy cup. Treat her like a big girl. Give her a regular cup with a straw. See if that works. She will transition soon enough.

there may be another problem like the cup doesn't let the liquid flow properly, maybe try a different cup.. my step sons got a terrible cup which whistles every time he drinks from it from sucking at it so hard but he wont part with it and it's useless!
