try ebay, and amazon. sometimes you can get great deals on used..or preowned merchandise.
if you really want the best. go to http://www.groundfighter.com/ and have a field day. every series they have is top notch. if you're a beginner i'd strongly recommend getting Pedro Carvalho's first series. they are very basic. but still very good. and all of their videos are broken down by technique/chapter so you can pause the video while practicing or taking notes. also they have great fitness vids, and muay thai kickboxing series from Duke Roufus..which is excellent!
ps...many of their video sets are available on ebay...through them, but cheaper. odd...but its true lol i've bought from them before. and as a note...if you went to tony cecchine (sp?) and bought his catch wrestling vids...you'd get DVD-R. but if you go to groundfighter.com...you get real DVD's...not copies.
