Is Sorbolene OK to put on fresh tatt's?

1 day old tattoo... This won't fade it or anything will it?? :p thanks

Update:

wow thanks 4 all the answers guys!:)))))))))

the antiseptic cream i'm using is 'savlon'??? i'm guessing it's pretty much the same as the 'bepanthen' as you lovelies are suggesting.. (for insect bits, cuts, rashs, etc..)

Update 2:

Its only a mostureiser so it shouldnt make the tattoo fade. I put it on mine and nothing happened. Although i do recommend putting the special tattoo cream on it, or even baby oil ive heard is good for it. Sorbolene is only going to put moisture back into the skin.

It should be fine. Sorbolene is recommended for baby's facial skin if they're a bit dry!

Also, I don't know where you're from, or if you have it available but "Bepanthen" antiseptic cream is excellent and recommended by

tattooists where I'm from, and is also good for anything from burns to insect bites. I never go without it in my house. Brilliant!

i have several tats by a total of 5 different artists and they all recommended the same aftercare. wash once a day with dial antibaterial soap, use only a&d ointment for the first three days, and use curel or lubriderm non-scented lotion after that. all my tats have healed beautifully with no scabbing or fading. i wouldnt recommend anything else.

Never ever use Vaseline - it pulls the colour out. Bepanthen is great - it heals fantastically and quite quickly.

the subject with diluting milk on your son is that he won't get the protein he desires from the quantity he beverages while that is diluted. My teenagers' Dr's predicted me to apply entire milk, not the two% or the different combination. The at cutting-edge up homogenized entire milk has the nutritional standards for a 12 month previous toddler who's eating some solid ingredients. in case you probably did transition him from formula to exploit, i could advise you mixture 3/4 formula to a million/4 entire milk for some days and then a million/2 and a million/2 for some days and then 3/4 entire milk to a million/4 formula. formerly you ultimately change to at cutting-edge milk, evaluate if he has been waiting to maintain his poops common the full time you have been changing his milk. He ought to get constipated or he ought to get loose stools (diarrhea) If he would not have any problems like that and he looks positive, then it style of feels secure to take the terrific step to entire milk each and all of the time. you are able to not dilute his formula or milk to save on money and nonetheless save his nutritional desires met. in case you do this, he would be hungry and his physique won't have what he desires to advance his concepts, bones, teeth, each and everything. in case you have greater questions, ask your scientific expert, and while you're interior of usa, verify on the wellbeing branch for WIC advantages. they could make it easier to supplement his food by skill of providing you with coupons for his formula and milk. Take care :)
