What do I do with this Manager of mine?

Ok, So our Manager Greg just recently left to purse a new job,

He appointed this other girl here to be manager. She is a nightmare people!!!!!!!!! here is why.

1. She has the loudes voice...OMG, We do life insurance here and when she is on the call its like...Where the F is the remote for the volume.

2. She has an Annoying laugh!!!!

3. Her thong doesn't seem to want to stay in her pants, Eww!!!

4. Whenever I have a job related question she ignores me and doesn't help me out, But when she needs help with a client and she doesn't know she gets this attitude and is like...GRRR

So what should I do, The Boss favors here for what reason...I don't know. I am the nice dude that keeps my mouth shut who will always go out of my way to be polite and establish a good relationship. But this woman is something else. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
