Could the PATRIOT Act be used on rogue bankers?

the financial crisis is arguably a national security issue and the legal mechanisms are in place. So is Guantanamo.

    Amen sir...If what you fear...you create...Then we are here because we have been scared of being here...And guantanamo sounds like just the place for a lot of the guys. I say a loan instead of a gift, should they get what they refuse us?
