Kane-he will be. way too loyal to WWF/WWE to not be.

JBL-on the fence, but Vince is his buddy, so yes

Batista-NO-this hoagie will self desruct in 20 seconds

John Cena-yes he will-he works too hard not to get there

Jeff Hardy-on the fence, but at least as a tag team hoagie

Matt Hardy-yes, if only as a tag team hoagie

Chris Jericho, absolutely. ( It will take a long time for WWE to get around to him or any of the other possible candidates you mentioned.) Y2J is very, talented and wrestles very much like his idol Shawn Michaels - who will be a Hall of Famer in the near future.

As for the others, it is hard to say. I will try to rate their likelihood:

Rey Mysterio- very likely

JBL- very likely

Batista- somewhat likely

John Cena- very likely

Jeff Hardy- likely

Matt Hardy- likely
