Of all days, he picked the day of the debate to put "country first". McCain going to there wont solve anything and any person with a brain knows this.

    McCain is scared to debate.

He has bladder control problems. Common among men of McCain's age.

He's afraid to debate Obama on foreign policy issues because that's Obama's expertise... Is this a real question?? Your candidate has been REALLY ducking debates all summer long. Do you really want to see your candidate get his azz kicked in a foreign policy debate?

To quote Bill Clinton" we know McCain wasn't afraid because he wanted to have MORE debates than Obama wanted." Hussein is just too weak to be president.

He is fearful...and does not want to look bad when Obama whips his butt.

It has nothing to do with town meeting where only a few will see and hear , but the debate is nation wide.

Good question. The answer is the economy. Question to you: Why did Obama duck the town hall meetings.

He's not. He's trying to postpone until the economic stuff is finalized in Washington (you know, the place where he's being paid to be). Obama had to be shamed into returning to do his real job. McCain is the leader.
