No, that picture isn't sexist just because there is a man in it. There's no reason to be that sensitive. If you are, here's a fix for you. It's either a man or a woman transvestite. Now everyone can be happy.

Actually, I don't agree that the picture is inherently male.
It seems to me that I could easily impose a woman's face on the silhouette. A woman with short hair.
This is a great example of how narrowly defined gender roles can be harmful.

There might be an Adam's apple there, but the head and the hair silhouette, is undeniably male.
