Obama funny math on tax breaks?

Obama says 95% of Americans will get tax break but only 45% of us pay taxes. Is he giving tax money to people who don't pay taxes?

    I was wondering the same thing! I don't see how people who don't pay federal income taxes can get a federal income tax break.

    And yes, some get paid to be citizens of the United States. A good example are those who don't make enough to pay a federal income tax and receive welfare.
