    It's not that hard.

Your just making it out to be really hard.

There is PLENTY of delicious healthy foods & recipes; no excuse to binge on junk food.

When your exercising, just have the mind-set, once I'm done I'll be done for the whole day and you can relax, that's how I think when I exercise.

Here is a link for a website that helps you choose the right healthy meals and keep's a log of them http://www.mealsmatter.org/

Remember, healthy foods can be delicious! Give them a chance!

Using any kind of pill to lose weight, is the worst idea. Try to think off getting slimmer as a life style. Be careful with what you eat though. I recomend to eat salads everyday, and maybe walk around your neighborhood everyday from 20-30 minutes. I know a person who's had expirience. It worked really fast for her, and she got slim. But remember, everyone's matabalism is different.

    Hope it works!!

if you find you are craving sweet things you could try some chromium supplements, these help steady your blood sugar and therefore should stop the cravings.

you can get them from health food stores
