1) Drive another car with 2 people in it and one drive it back.
2)Rent a truck and trailer and go pick it up.
3)Hire a car transport company to pick it up and deliver it to you and if its clear across country you could spend 1000 to 1500 or more to get it..............ujn

You go get it, obviously. How is that hard to figure out? If you don't want to go get it, then you would pay somebody to get it for you. There are shipping companies that specialize in moving cars around. They don't buy the car for you, though. They're just shippers.
After all these years, too many people still think Ebay is a big store of some kind. It's not. It's a web site. Everything for sale on Ebay is for sale BY A PERSON LIKE YOU. If you buy a car from a person like you, your first option would be to sit down in it and drive it home. Right?

You could arrange to have it shipped. There are many auto transport companies.
Personally I wouldn't give them any money before I examined and road tested it. So either have somebody drive you there or take a plane, train or bus. Get a refundable return ticket in case you have to come home without the car. If you intend to tow it home I'd suggest you rent a trailer and tow vehicle at the cars location so you only pay rental fees one way, or no way if you decide not to take the car. I have rented a small van or pickup and a tow dolly to bring a vehicle home. In my case it was a breakdown 1,500 miles from home.
