I got an e-mail from E-bay that is supposed to be for some guy I don't know...?
The e-mail is supposedly the last step in activating an account but I have not tried to open an account. Does this mean someone has stolen my e-mail address or is this a spoof or a mistake? More importantly, what do I do about it?!

It's a spoof, forward it to spoof@ebay.com
Whenever you receive questionable e-mails you can always contact eBay or PayPal to confirm that the e-mail was from them. Even if it does look like it is from them and the "Sender" says eBay or PayPal, it may not be.
Make sure that when you open the e-mail you always look at the "To:" and "From:" areas, to insure it's actually from the whomever they're claiming to be.

I'd report it to Ebay-they have a spoof email you can forward it too. Do not activate anything-Ebay does not work that way--
