I want to write Hello or welcome (or both) on the door of my vintage trailer. Maybe even a very short quote. I know "Mi casa, Su casa" but don't want that. It's a shiny aluminum railer-a '67 and has a west coast travel theme with aluminum, denim, and vintage tin signs.

There is just a perfect place to write "something" above the window in the door....ideas?

I am about 40 lbs overweight and 50 yrs. I walk 3 miles a day and actually eat well- the only thing that seems to work for me is to cut out all breads etc so I stay mostly vege and lean meat and water. This is fine but with the crazy heat and more in So CA and a remodel to our garage, I've gotten a rowing machine. I took the time to read the reviews on several sites etc so it's bought but how much of time and length would one recommend? Any other suggestions?! Thank you!

I have a very thorough background in fine art, commercial art, murals, public-community projects in the arts and teaching.

My question is;do you think this could "go" as a Biz? A storefront where rthe public can get painting & drawing lessons,paint their own tees, pillows, canvases and more and enjoy (is a different area but overlooking the art area) coffee, smoothies, waters, and pristine goodies from a local bakery that would sub-lent from me?

Very urban and relaxed. Blue jeans, paint and wine parties, birthdays etc.

We are rebuilding a 1968 British camper van that was used by a surf crew for 42 years-obviously down to the metal and back up. One of the ideas was to make thick wood bumpers like they used to put on the VW vans years age. They would certainly be stronger than the rusted skinny originals we bought it with and would be backed with steel but I was wondering if they would be legal in my state?

I guess I'm looking for correct term or name of a company or person that fabricates products in cardboard or paper products. Think custom boxing or carton type things. I have a mock-up made up- but I need a "real one" and a cost analysis etc. I'm in Southern Ca and could do Riverside county, San Diego or Orange County. So again, I'm looking for the term to look up a person/company that does that type of work to have them take my art and put together mock-up and make a prototype of it.

My new friends have invited us to their large catered anniversary. I think it will be fun, educational and full of color and good food but I want to be polite and also let her know I care. Nothing big, just appropriate if there is anything. I know there are specific things per year in the Christian faith for wedding anniversaries, but I didn't know about the Indian culture or religion? Our neighbor is giving us this little dirt bike as hes retiring and moving. It will be fun and no one can argue with free-but I also had the thought of-could it be made legal to ride on the streets? Probably not fwy of course! My son has no car right now and is borrowing my hubbys truck-it would be cool if he could use it for a ride to work. Am I crazy?

My son is in Basic-The Doc there has told him he is depressed and should go home (please don't down him or make a rude comment-I am angry, worried and mad that they should give him a crutch already) however, I have not heard from him in two weeks, I know he can't call and he's used the ATM at the base-so he's still there. I also know my son and he would call if he was back home and at his friends apt. I'm hoping he is still having to do activities and is receiving some sort of consul and med help. Also-how long does the paperwork take? Does he stay till the end of his basic? As he is over 21 yrs of course they can't tell me anything. I'm still a worried and peeved parent though and he's still my son. Thank you for any info you can pass on about the processing etc.

My son is in Basic Training for National Guard. We are thrilled but he has called twice to say how wrong it feels and that it's not right. It seemed to me he went in with open eyes and was excited-I think he is mostly tired and scared. Hence the bout of flu he's had too. Can you renig on your enlistment? I'm hoping not because he cannot come home, nor does he have a job or any other place to live nor a vehicle-I'm so embarrassed and hurting but I can't tell if its the child being forced to grow up or a jerk calling me if you know what I mean. My heart is just pounding in my chest and I am embarrassed and also very afraid for him if he makes some ignorant choice and loses the chances and training he could have. Am I crazy?

What is appropriate for a gift for this? Jewelry? This is a friend of my daughters and we have been invited to her celebration. I am unfamiliar with the ceremony and gifts. I do know what it is basically.

My hubby seems to think that this MOS for my son is still a "clerk" job and that he will get pulled off it to do menial work a lot. Also, that he won't learn much that will translate into civilian jobs. Is this true?

The local preschool MOMS want to have a fun paining session with their kids, I have the facilities and tools, the canvases will run 3-5.00 each and the paint about 2-3.00 for each child. I was thinking 20.00 per child-should it be 15.00? And certainly not over 6 children at a time. I work with local elementarys and have done murals with 200-750 students during the course of a week but this is far different. Its about Mommy/Child time and a product they can enjoy and hang up later etc. So-1-2 hours tops on time also.

I look at the photos on Yahoo and elsewhere and its nice to remember that there are more good hard working people than jerks out there. The media forgets to remind us. My son just did a year in Americorps-helping to rebuild in New Orleans and Mississippi etc. I'm proud. If we all just do a bit I guess. Its amazing and sad to see the snow and floods-they aren't the only ones either I know, in the US and elsewhere. Just the most recent. I guess I'm just commenting on an appreciation of people helping people.

I would be selling purses and bags made in third world countries to help their economy (villages) also canvas/natural purses and bags-green product and recycled product. Higher end, very clean and artistic.

I thought of world or international or something in the title but it can't be obvious like "World Bags"-I know things like that are taken. Also any logo image ideas are great! Thanks!
