Martial Law in the House of Representatives?
Is this true?
I haven't found anything other than the video to confirm this.
"Under congressional martial law, mandatory time restraints that allow congress and the public time to read and understand what is being voted on is lifted, supposedly to allow a speedy response to a crisis. "
"The Leadership apparently intends to use a process known as “martial law” to allow these bills to be brought to the floor very shortly after negotiations are completed, with the result that Members of the House are likely to have virtually no time to examine and consider the details of the legislation before they will be required to vote on it."

cram 'em through, don't allow debate, don't allow committees to see the bills...just like the democrat energy bill that was recently pushed through.
I'm already very suspicious of all of this and more so when they push it through without letting people see it and debate it. The Federal Reserve already has discretionary spending budgets to deal with a crisis.
