Australian Shepherd eyes...?
I got a Australian shepherd puppy a few months ago and one of her eyes was half brown and blue. Now its more blue. I know right now she sees out of it fine but I was just wondering if she could go blind in that eye?
I know the half blue/blue eyes is common in Australian shepherds. I just didn't know if she could go blind in her one eye because its becoming more blue.
Oh and she's a blue merle

This is called merle eye. Is you dog a blue merle or red merle? The coloring of the iris has nothing to do with blindness.

No it's just part of their breed I have an Australian Shepard too and he has one clear blue eye and one brown eye so it's nothing to worry about.

No, your dog won't go blind. Lots of dogs have partial blue eyes and hearing is more of a worry than sight.
