3200 square feet is how large?

Sounds stupid, but i've never been good with measurements. Can someone give me something 3200 square feet is comparable to? Is it comparable to, say, a normal sized shop in the mall, a huge mansion, or like maybe a costco sized warehouse? Trader Joe sized?

3200 square feet is about 1 and one half times the size of the average property where homes are located in most cities of California (I do not know about other states). It is also about 2 times to 2.5 times the area that the average 4 bedroom home covers on the ground.

A square is the rectangle that gets you the most area for your perimeter. So if you divide 3200 by 4, the sides would all be equal and they would be 800. That way the dimensions would be 800 x 800. And the area would be 640,000.
