serious question, please be nice?

so, i hate these types of questions, and make fun of people who ask them

but

i can't get into my doctor for over a month so i wanted other opinions or has anyone had this happen

i am 26 on b.c.

i was off birthcontrol for a few months. got back on (the ring) and i am not due to take the ring out for another week but i started spotting. it's been 2 days

i have never had this happen before between peiods.

is it a sign of something serious?

Update:

i always read those

it's just in the 9 years i've used birth control i have never had spotting. so it made me nervous

spotting is quite common when using the ring, but if the bleeding gets heavier or you are concerned get to see the doc.

did you read the information that came with your ring? suggest you do so, you may actually learn something.
