Tony Stark's House on the Cliff in the Movie "Iron Man," is it real or digitally rendered?

That big beautiful house on the cliff in Malibu,California...it belongs to weapons manufacturing mogul Tony Stark in the movie "Iron Man." Is that an actual house in real life or was it digitally rendered?

If it IS a real house and not just a Hollywood special FX piece, who owns it?

The house is definitely not up there on the bluff. It's digitally composited on footage of Point Dume. A lot of commercials are filmed on the beach below, because the bluff protects from the street noise of PCH.

actually the house if i saw it right is the same house used by the bad guys in the first Charlie's Angels.

However i think they might have flipped it around since the round part while over a cliff (where she falls down) is not quite as we see it in that movie. I think in fact it faces towards the city instead of the beach.
