what is it in the energy drinks that gives you energy. i know caffine but what about all those b vitamins and stuff. what do they do?

the B vitamins helps with speeding up metabolism thats why.
sugar is another one.. but in the end it makes you tired

taruine and gurana are both some ingrediants that help with boost of energy... but in all reality its the overload of sugar and an abundance of Caffeine that is the real boost.

Taurine is the main energy.......the vitamins are just there from the other ingredients.....

its somethin that speeds up your heart i forgot the name of it but people have been going to the hospital because of it and getting heart attacks i think its in them all too so there really bad for you unless your in the mood for a heart attack

you need to be specific on what drink are you referring to - to be able to break down the ingredients
