Im only 14 and I don't know if they let me go to a gym or not. If I can go to a gym, what should i do..... ???

Well with a parent, I guess anytime, as long as they approve and they are with you.
But if you want to be alone, the gym I go to, you have to be at least in high school. But you need a parent's approval.
If you can go to a gym, you can work out =o

You can join a gym:you become a member and then go for work outs.
Ask about the house rules:where to shower etc.
