Just know that all restaurant food is fattening. They all use tons of fat and salt to make their food delicious and addictive.

I think it is if you dont do it everyday. Olive Garden is a dieter's worst nightmare, but when I go I get the minestrone soup (it does have fiber) and the salad they give you and I get it without the dressing. Instead of dressing I ask for a boat of marinara sauce to use on my salad. If you must have the sprinkled cheese, just ask them to go light on the cheese (just enough to taste). I know the breadsticks are tempting to, so split one in half to satisfy. But the minestrone soup is filling and you'll leave the place satisfied.
