What do you think of LeBron James campaigning for Obama?
I think it's great that a basketball player is getting involved in getting the vote out an I say Go LeBron.

Obviously, it's bad when someone who votes Obama/Biden is black and/or a celebrity and supposedly under-educated . They just don't understand politics and shouldn't be a part of it, since they're totally not citizens with that right and all. Oh and because Obama is black and they're black, they're only doing it because of race.
But then it's ok for someone who is middle-class and supposedly under-educated to vote McCain/Palin. Because Palin is a middle-class lip-stick wearing hockey mom herself! So she is definitely the right candidate for them, based on the appearance she puts on.

He may know basketball. He barely graduated from high school and did not go to college. He is not known as an intellectual. I think race is the main issue here.

i've always wondered if each politician has a "list" of celebs that they'd rather not have backing them publicly.

neat. but does that mean he's throwing the whole "intelligence" argument "under the bus"?
