No, implantation would not have even taken place yet.

Generally you will conceive 2 weeks after the first day of your last period. Obviously give or take a few days depending on your cycle as every woman is different but that is generally how it works. Looking at it that way, you will really be three weeks pregnant. I had four pregnanices. 2 ended is miscarriage and I have 2 beautiful children. Every time I suspected I was pregnant around 3 weeks because I would get nose bleeds, a strange metallic taste in my mouth (like blood), terrible terrible skin (pimples) on my back, arms, face, chest - everywhere!! I don't think that you would know for sure after a single week.

A lot of pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS symptoms.
