There's a variety of places you can place the blame on, but the biggest one are people getting loans they shouldn't have.

Jim Cramer also said to sell sell sell your stocks. Such BAD information. You don't sell when it's low, that's when you lose because you bought when the stocks were high. Hang in there and this market will straighten out. Don't sell.
