well here's the thing about hormones, if you supplement with the actual hormone your body will feel it doesn't need to make as much of it on it's own and this isn't good since you are young. if you want to increase your GH levels you should look at secretagogues which simply nourish the parts of your body that deal with GH secretion like the pituitary gland etc. also practice proper sleep hygiene and get the proper amounts of sleep as GH is released at peak times durring certain hours in the night.
