Should there be an age cap for president?

Question

According to the constitution a candidate must be at least 35 years old in order to run for president. Do you feel there should be an age cap on the other end, for example should people in their 70's and 80's be able to run for president.

So I'm just curious what other people think because I've been in circles where this question has been brought up. I just want to know if you think there should be a cap and if so what do you think the cap should be.

I'm not so sure about an age cap.  I believe wisdom comes with age in most cases.  

However, there should be a thorough physical and mental health check preformed on all candidates, in my opinion.

No, but there should be on people that participate on this board.  I cannot believe some of the nonsense questions, we get.  I am not speaking of yours, but I think you know what I mean.  No, I do not think there should be such a cap, but I do feel that every candidate should have to undergo similar tests to determine exactly how physically and mentally fit they are.

People die when they are 40, not just when they're old. Someone may be elected when they're 80 and live for another 20 years. Age does not stop you having good ideas and being a good leader. Just stop the nutters running.

No, I don't think there should be an age cap.  There is something to also be said about wisdom with age.

Yes there should be b/c old people just can't handle these stressful issues anymore
