Not really. I'm an aethiest, but i was brought up roman catholic so have some knowledge of what the bible contains.

My own personal opinion is that SOME of what it contains is true, that there was a person called Jesus who did good things a long long time ago, but that all those events have been distorted in a sort of game of chinese whispers, so over time as the stories have been passed on, they've become more & more fantastical, to what it is known as now. Ppl will always want to believe in something, i just believe in nature & trying to be a good person.

Do I believe in a book that talks about an "All-knowing God", yet asks Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden where they are? A book that has a story that says that every animal on Earth was put on a ship that is many times larger than any other created at the time or any time soon after.

YES I believe the bible is true. And you can take it to the bank. God will never lie and that is God speaking through the bible.

How thankful I am that I have learned to trust Gods word. He speaks to me through its pages.It brings me comfort, strength, wisdom and many many more things that I need.
