Don't Listen To Jo bro Lvr...he/she doesnt know s**t all about horses....anyways I have never heard of a horse eating cranberries...I am sure there is a reason for that...and as horses don't typically have cranberry bushes around them to feast on I'd say steer away from the cranberries, or at least talk to your vet about it...apples and carrots will satify your equine just fine :)
Also I couldnt find ANYTHING online pertaining to human-foods being fed to horses, I suppose you should stick to hay, grain and carrots, apples, pears & horse cookies?

Other vitamin C fruits could contain/ Apples slices. Perhaps two Apples per Horse, also they love Pears! I have a couple of pear trees out in their pasture, and they will eat their share, also there is also Red raspberry's out in
their Pasture. Like Wild horses they seem to know when to stop. Although, with the Apples I buy for them, I cut them up fine and put them in their feed. They Love them!
I also have a Crab-apple tree, although they want no part of it.
I have also heard that some Horses will eat bananas and even Oranges, but I have not yet done this kind of research on Vitamin C for Horses.

They cannot eat cranberries but apples and carrots are safe. Apples don't overfeed, no more than 1 or 2 at a time. Carrots don't overfeed no more than 2 at a time.
