Need help finding new Headphones?

Question

no first let me start out, I DO NOT want ear buds. around ear or on ear is what im looking for 

now, i have had a pair of Sony MDR-V150s for about a year, and they are wearing out and one of the connections to the right side is cutting in and out. so i figure its time for a new pair. 

ive looked around, but i haven't been able to find a good pair that weren't ear buds. (allot of people like them, personally i don't) 

i want a good pair with decently loud output, and for under $30.00 USD 

Anyone have good suggestions or links? im not in despreate need, but i would like to know what is out there, and what other people use

Im the same i prefer a dynamic studio headset 
If i may say you should invest your money into a durable complex high quality audio headset.
I own a bunch of Sony Studio headsets.

try circuit city or best buy.either they have some,or they'll tell you where to get them.also,you might try fry's or walmart.i hear bose is pretty good too
