Can I sell my car without the Co-Owner?
I purchased a car with my ex girlfriend but instead of me being the co-signer I am the co-owner (primary), I want to sell the car, but I no longer have contact with her. Can I sell the car without her signature on the title? If not, how can I get her name off of the title without no contact with her? I'm in Missouri if that matters.

Smartypants is correct. Check your title to see if it says OR or AND. If it says your namr OR her, then you are OK. But if it says your name AND her, you better find her to sign.

If the title is issued to John Doe OR Jane Doe, then you do not need her to sign the title. If it is John Doe AND Jane Doe, or both your names with no indication in between, you need her signature, better look her up.

this is pronounced as joint possession. it may study John Doe and Mary Doe, or it may study John Doe or Mary Doe. If it it titled "and", the two events share possession at a similar time and the two signatures are mandatory to pass call. no rely if this is titled "or", the two party can pass the call, without the different vendors consent.
