I am a great employee and I work harder and faster than guys with 10 years experience at my company. I have privately consulted for businesses and individuals for 10 years, but I am working my first corporate IT position (less than 1 year). I have an A+ Cert and I am working on completing the MCSE by June. I work for a company that many may feel proud to work for but I feel that they are taking advantage of me due to the job market.

Through research I have found that I am getting paid 20-30k below the average salary. I have a review in June and I expect to have the MCSE by then. How should I go about asking for at least the average salary or close to it?

I've always wanted to know this. I am applying for a position in a new company that stated in their job posting they start pay at 15,000/yr more than what I make at my current job. When I fill out my application and they see how much I'm making currently will they try to low ball me? If so, how can I prevent that?

I purchased a car with my ex girlfriend but instead of me being the co-signer I am the co-owner (primary), I want to sell the car, but I no longer have contact with her. Can I sell the car without her signature on the title? If not, how can I get her name off of the title without no contact with her? I'm in Missouri if that matters.

I see these books for sale by schools as fundraisers. I'm wondering how does the Entertainment company make it's money.Do companies pay to get their coupon in the book? Does all the revenue come from the sale of the book? Or both?

I'm planning on doing something similar for my organization, but I don't know if I should charge businesses a fee to offer coupons in my book.

I'm in charge of ordering office supplies in my office and I'm always looking for a better price on things. We spend a lot of money on a certain product. I recently met a guy that would actually wholesale this product to me. Would it be wrong to start my own business and make the company I work for now my first customer? In normal cases I would have no problem selling the product as I know it would save a lot of money, BUT I fear that if they know it's my company, they wouldn't do business. Conflict of interest maybe? Although it would be saving the company a lot more money?

I lived in an apartment complex a couple years ago and a neighbor's son broke into my place. I am attempting now to file a civil suit, but no one (not even the landlord) will give me the person's name on the lease . I know they still live there, but how can I get this information as I cannot file without a name?

I was a victim of a burglary and more than one party was involved. In my state the max for small claims is 3k. Can I sue one party for the max, then the other party in a different case even though it's the same incident?

So I've been eating 5 meals a day and working out everyday. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week. When I started I weighed 254 lbs with 32% bodyfat (81.28lbs) then today (4 weeks later) I weighed myself and I'm 236 with 29.5% bodyfat (69.62lbs) my question is... If I went by the scale I lost 18lbs but if I go by the bodyfat alone I only lost 11.66 lbs. So where's the 7 lbs? I can't be losing muscle because I'm lifting weights and running... or can i?

I just got off the phone with the IRS! Even if it's not in default, your stimulus money will go towards your loan! That's most of the country! Plus with all the interest and the length of the student loan, you might as well say that they didn't give us nothing at all! Why didn't ANY news media catch this!? I guess Bush said "April FOOLS"!
