What does it say about the people/ supporters of McCain?
If, and his town meetings, he has to explain to some people that they don't "have to be scared", Obama is a "decent person." One lady even said Obama was an "Arab." which even McCain had to take the mic away from her. Are these his voters? They scream out "terrorist" and "behead him" referring to Obama. This is ridiculous.

So you are saying that some of McCain's supporters are behaving like your typical liberal?

McCain calmly explained away the irrational and then re-directed the discussion to the issues.
Compare and contrast this with Obama. He sat in a racist, anti-American church for 20 and never spoke a word of dissent. Father Pflegar mocked Clinton in the most disrespectful way possible and Obama enjoyed the show.
I think this shows that McCain is a far more decent human being and a much better leader than Obama.

McCain sucks and Obama has allot to live up to all the great things he is promising.
I'm still disappointed that Mrs Clinton is out of the race.
Not because she's a women or because she is still married to one of the greatest president's this country ever had.
It's what she stands for.
Nobody is able to do or say everything right what so many different people want to hear .
The name Obama Barrack does not sound to good for american standards (I was confused too) and the fact that he is half black is not making it easier for him either but if americans are trying to put non-changeable facts aside and listen, then they should be able to see that out of the 2 poor choice ,Obama would be the better one for the US
May God be with us,for real

It is unfortunate that some people will behave that way. Of course there is no one personality template repeated for all republicans. Just as I'm sure you'll concede that not all Obama supporters are the same. Some of them are militant Black Power seekers. Some are naive students. Some are people looking to prove that they aren't racist. Some are deep thinkers who think Mr. Obama has something good to offer.
It is somewhat hypocritical, although typical of the left, to stand on one side of the fence accusing your neighbor of being a racist or bigot while analyzing them through your own stereotype.
The double standard is getting old, and people are getting tired enough of it to start reacting to it. The Pendulum is beginning to swing back.

both sides can suck my left nut. im sick of our government and the way its been run by both parties. dem and rep bicker back and forth so people like you wont look at the real problems that our society faces. i hear people talk about these trivial arguments everyday and its just a bunch of bull. arguing about something so petty is whats tearing our country apart. who the **** cares what mccain supporters say or what obama supporters say. what are the candidates saying and more importantly what are they doing. all i have to say is everyone needs to shut the **** up and put in some work to make this place better for our kids cause i dont expect it to be better in my life time. all i can hope for is my kids have a better system than what we have been given.
so basically grow the **** up people and stop arguing like this is high school or some popularity contest. were not electing a king here.
ok so i have a question for you. what does it say about you that your bringing up some gargabe like this?

The fear of white people is fed by white people who fear and hate.
You don't like Obama okay, don't vote for him, it is just like you TV change the channel.
In the movies and books it is always kill the thing that is not understood.
Demonize, hate, increase the them v us fear.
One would think that whites in this country would have learned by now but they haven't because they feed each others fear. What are they afraid of, being the world wide minority?
Stupidity reigns and with Sarah Palin may be elected.
And nobody talks about this:
he violated the U.S. Code of Conduct by telling his captors "O.K, I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital."
John the (hero???) McCain

You have to understand, these people are like rats in a pavlovian experiment. Ever since 9/11 the propagandists have been rewarding them every time they hit the fear button. They think fear is patriotic. It makes me even a little sympathetic to McCain that he sees the foolishness.
But it's really not the people's fault. They are just dumb, corn fed americans reacting as they have been trained for the last seven years by the fear meister Bush and his jolly band of fascists.
Sophie: Goebels worked for the government, so if you are complaining about Goebels like media, then I guess you are complaining about the government. And that's Bush.

Think of all the wacko Democrats that have spewed hatred at Bush, Republicans and our country for the last 8 years. There are wackos everywhere. What you're seeing is people who are angry and frustrated about the Gobbles-style media hiding the truth about Obama.
Ooh, look at Democrat's vile intolerant posts and you're worried about Republicans. Thanks for proving my point.
:::No, Mirriam, I'm complaining about you and your backward bigotry.

The only ones who scream these things are uneducated. You have to admit that the left has plenty of this type too.

Those are the only people he can get, you forgot the maverick vp candidate, She is an embarrassment to McCain.
