I believe it Calif is suffering massive budget deficits.Illegals are taught to use ER'S knowing they cannot be turned away and much of the information they use is false.These hospitals have huge over costs at some point they begin losing money.Doctors want stay there knowing they want get paid.Every illegal seen in the ER is billed separately for the doctor services when they stop getting paid they leave, thus the hospitals are less and less attractive and a lot of people preform a service but never get paid imagine when the illegals are not paid there is that group that bemoans pay them,pay them.
