OBVIOUSLY -- someone has no understanding of the roles/responsibilities of the Executive Branch of Government/Presidency ... and it shows.
Here is a suggestion -- READ the Constitution, LEARN about the ROLES/Responsibilities of EACH Branch of the Government .. and that will clear up the OBVIOUS Mis-INFORMATION in this Stated posting!

You think Bush did this single handed? Hardly. Congress was responsible for reigning in the banks, and guess what? They didn't. A president can have every possible bill to benefit citizens, but if the bill doesn't pass, it is moot.
