Need to know how to remove/delete security toolbar 7.1 please?

Security Toolbar may also generate false positives to scare users and trick to download rogue anti-spyware programs. This program can open Windows security backdoors and download other spyware. Remember to backup your regitry before removing Security Toolbar manually.

It all depends on how it got there. If you elected to have it displayed from a legit Security program, right click on the toolbar and deselct it.
