Won't you be glad when this election is over?

I'll be glad when it's over IF Obama is our President. I'll be moaning and crying if he loses due to Republican shenanigans again. I think that Republican tactics of causing voter problems in Ohio and Florida cost a previous Democratic candidate a victory in 2000 and again in 2004. It could happen again. We're still using unreliable voting machines and Republicans are again challenging many people's right to vote in a lot of states, in hopes that they can cut down on the number of Democratic votes (they only challenge in areas where there will probably be many Democratic votes, never in areas where there will probably be many Republican votes). And the Republicans are using dirtier and nastier tactics than ever now, accusing Obama falsely of being a terrorist, scaring simple-minded people who will believe such things without checking the real facts. He could still lose because of such lies. Kerry lost that way. Gore lost that way. I'm so nervous I'm chewing my fingernails all the way down to my elbows!

I'll be sooo glad. The lies that are going around about Obama now are just so out there. The Republicans and their minority hating friends are beyond desperate right now.

The Detroit Pistons and Obama. I miss Ben Wallace, but I will never miss George Bush.

Oh yes. I'm in the UK and am totally fed up hearing about it. I realise that is an important issue, but to be swamped by it over here is all too much!!

I cant wait til we make HISTORY this year too. Obama for President! Its our time to shine!!!

Depends on who wins.

If it's Obama, then no. Because that will mean 4-8 years of hell.

Yeah because it will be magical world then with no war, poverty, or crime.

Will he wear a robe to his inaguration or ride a white horse?

I'll be glad, because then I can get back to my daily life.
