Email them at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com. Leave the "e" out of answers.
The Violation process was 100% automated in July,2008. The appeal process has taken longer to institute. There have been problems but it is getting much better now. If you appeal and win, the person who "reported" you gets demoted and won't be able to delete in the future..
