how can law enforcement be really enforced?

I live in the boston area ( revere) and on a 30 mph road cars are going past me and I'm doing like 40 just to keep up with the flow, trucks fully loaded with fuel going just as fast, people parking any were they want,u turns in the middle of intersections,dozens of cars going threw a red light just because their in the flow? WHY aren't they being enforced? I swear the next tailgater behind me is going to taste my rear mounted spare tire and ill just drive away Help me mister policeman Je-suss

    It's funny but for every one of you that wants us to enforce the traffic law there is some other guy complaining about us writing him a speeding ticket while there are murders and rapists running lose.

    Seriously call your Police Department's Traffic Division and complain to them. They probably already know about it but it couldn't hurt. If they get enough complaints maybe they'll run a zero tolerance campaign on that stretch of road for a while. They are probably stretched just as thin as every other Department in the US.

    I also recommend that you do not intentionally cause a car crash. Someone could get hurt.
