I live in the boston area ( revere) and on a 30 mph road cars are going past me and I'm doing like 40 just to keep up with the flow, trucks fully loaded with fuel going just as fast, people parking any were they want,u turns in the middle of intersections,dozens of cars going threw a red light just because their in the flow? i was on a highway going 65 in the center lane and a 18 wheeler came up behind me and started to tail gate i couldnt go to the right or left due to other vehicles it the lanes so i slowed down to 55 thinking the *** would pass me he did on the right side speeding well at about the 1/2 lenth of the trailer he without signaling came into my lane hitting me i was pissed i called 911 they didnt even give him a ticket what should i do?
