my mother in law is 80 from poland how can i get her here to the us?

she has a passport and ill send her a ticket she needs a visa and or a sponser?

    I think you should contact a travel agent here in the US that does allot of bussiness with Poland. They would have a form for inviting someone to the states. You fill it out and send it to your mother-in-law in poland. She then takes it to the US embassy in Poland to get here visa.

    We did this years ago with relatives from Hungary but they recently changed the rules and Hungary doesn't need a visa to enter the US. Not sure about Poland.

    I suppose you and your wife would be her sponsers.

    At her age, I am sure they wouldn't mind her visiting but flying alone for such a long way at her age may be very hard on her nerves etc. Maybe someone can fly with her or your wife can go and get her.

    My mother-in-law had never been on a plane back in 1986 when we invitied her so we also brought out my brother-in-law to help her while traveling.

    Visa first...then sponsor...Please take this advise, you need to talk with a good immigration attorney it will save you a lot of time.I don't have the time to tell you the b.s. i've been threw over the last 10 yrs WHAT COUNTRY DO YOU LIVE IN ?
