You need to set up your outlook express mail client unless you are using vista or windows 7 those Operating systems use windows mail as the default mail client. The process is kinda hard if you don't know what you are doing but some internet providers will help you. Comcast is my internet provider and they have a location on their support page that will set up my mail client with just a few clicks of the mouse. I hope you don't have too many problems figuring it out.
