I don't think Sarah Palin is stupid. I DO think she is someone who cannot handle "on the spot" responses. That means she's not a good interviewee. The inability to be able to think on her feet, though, is a very big issue because, oftentimes, she will have debates with leaders of other countries and she needs to be able to handle herself in those situations. In my estimation, she is ill-prepared to take on the responsibilities of the US presidency. We must always remember that the VP is important because tragedies do happen and that person could very well be our next president. I admit I have not done very much indepth research on her because I considered her selection for running mate a political decision to attract women voters and not a choice based on her merits as a leader.

Sarah Palin is not ready for this. This is evidenced by the fact that the campaign will only allow her to be interviewed by more right-leaning journalists and media. The campaign is shielding her now, which is much like closing the barn door after the horse has escaped.

For her to be a truly formidable candidate, she needs more training, more mentoring and more help. That being said, we need to be prepared for 2012 because I get the feeling she's just warming up.

Obama had told Biden if you just say "Middle Class" more than Sarah Palin, you will win the election. He was wrong as he is most of the time. But Biden didn't think he was. NOW, that is stupidity!!

Just watch her interviews with Charles Gibson and Katie Couric -- Tina Fey actually did a skit where she quoted Palin verbatim and it was hilarious. Usually skits are exaggerations of the person. To not have to change one word shows you how ignorant Palin's response was.

she can't answer a single question about anything in detail. she is nothing more than an empty suit and a parrot that recites what others tell her. she doesn't know law, economics or history (foreign or domestic). so what exactly does she know? she admitted herself that she doesn't read I don't know one single person that is highly intelligent and in expert on anything that doesn't read. how exactly does one get information and challenge themselves mentally if they don't read?
