Depends on how strict they are. Some women will not take their scarf off in front of non-Muslim WOMEN, not just men. For fear that the women might describe her to their non-Muslim male relatives. But others are fine with taking the scarf off in front of any women. Of course, if there are males present, she will not take it off, whether it is in her own home or not. I supposed she would keep it on in front of non-humans the same way she would for humans, if she is strict she would wear it in front of everyone, if she is more relaxed, and she can tell the difference between males and females, she might take it off.

I have a question for you. Ever since I saw Pitch Black, I have wondered about what futuristic Muslim "space travelers" would do about prayer direction, praying towards Makkah. May I ask how you addressed this?

hmm, yeah, I would think by the 25th century, most people would know what Muslim prayers look like. Maybe the aliens would confused.
