What would I need to major in?

Computer science and get a minor in business, or double major in business

There is no such thing as a "removing viruses" major.

Major in computer science. Minor in Business (vice versa or double major).

Speak with a student advisor when you get to college. You don't need to declare a major until you are a junior.

You really don't need too formal of education if you plan to be your own boss. Take some business management courses, and work for some money to start up your company.

As for the computer stuff, just work at a comp shop and learn. Fixing computers is hands on mostly and reading the manuals most people won't read.

you can get your degree in computer science. there are a handful of schools that offer this as an undergraduate degree. but if you want to own the store, it might be helpful, though not completely necessary to also take business classes. good luck!

i wouldnt major in that. u will make little money.. most people these days can get their pc fixed via online tutorials / computer forums.
