whats an good anime no bleach or naruto or death note?

Naruto is crap, and anyone who says otherwise is deluded.

Code Geass was pretty good.

I'll recommend an oldie but goodie: The Violinist of Hameln.

Gundam Wing was what got me into anime and the ones you listed are just popular because that's what showed on TV recently. You have to look at the fads and trend. But for over twenty years the Gundam series has never let people down or become an over popular trend, it did however spawn the mecha trend as it is today with the showing of Gundam Wing on cartoon networks Toonami.

Eureka 7, Kodocha, Blue Seed, Tsubasa, Kurau, and Blood + are pretty good. Funimation has a lot of good anime if you like it dubbed. They did Solty Rei, Moon Phase, Fullmetal Alchemist, Suzuka, Fruits Basket, Burst Angel, Shuffle, Case Closed (a.k.a. Detective Conan), and a lot more. D.N.Angel is one of my favorites! Fruits Basket is good, but I recommend that if you're going to watch that you read the manga as well. The Hayao Miyazaki movies are really good...
