how do you delete something from the add-remove programs if there is no change or remove button?
the "change" & "remove" button is not shown from one of the programs that is installed in my computer.. please help me.. thanx

that sometimes happens if you need to original cd to uninstall it failing that it may be an invalid entry in which case a registry cleaner such as Ccleaner will remove it for you, you can download Ccleaner here http://www.ccleaner.com/
don't worry it's safe I've been using it for years no spyware or nasties

It means that the installation is not complete (or there were some errors in it). I you have the program installer, try re-installing the program. Once the program installation is completed, you can try removing the program again by add-remove program (you should have the "change" or "remove" buttons this time).

delete the programs folder and then run CCleaner - run Cleaner and Registry menus
