Have you ever had an OBE or NDE?

Personally, I have not had one. But I have met quite a few people who have had one. To be honest, I think a lot of variables are involved for someone to make a conclusion either way. I think if someone who is already skeptical and left brain oriented has this experience it may be difficult for them to conclude that it was anything more than a hallucination. I think someone who already has some sort of belief or is right brain oriented, will probably develop a stronger tie to a belief in God. I have also known people who were believers, had the experience, then stopped believing, and vice versa w/non believers believing after the experience, but those circumstances, I have not seen often..

I have never been awarded with an Order of the British Empire, nor have I ever been Near Danny Elfman. I have, however, had an HBE (Hard Boiled Egg).

Her Majesty has never seen fit to confer an honour upon me.
