How can I loose weight?
I am 17, Female, and 9 and a half stone..
I don't like my weight at all and I want to be 8/8 and a half stone.
I have stopped eating as much as I used to but I am still at the same weight..
It seems as though this is my weight now..
How can I loose a lil bit more weight?
More sleep? Eating a specific food?

Burn more calories than you eat. Don't eat less than 1200 calories a day, and since you're only 17 you should probably eat at least 1500 calories a day of healthy food. Make sure you get enough whole grains & fiber a day. Drink lots of water! Water is a must in losing weight. Exercise! You can't expect anything to happen overnight. The healthy way is to take it off slowly. Eat lots of fruits & veggies. Do not eat a lot of junk food, but if you want something higher in calories just be smart about it. You don't have to completely take out the sweet stuff, or the fried stuff...it's just better not to eat it all the time of course.
